Pain level: 4
Dislocations so far today: right wrist once
Subluxations so far today: Right shoulder (multiple times).
Meds: none
Major complaint: Extremely stiff today waking up.
Sore all day. Nothing of interest really. New bruise on my ankle looks like I colored on the bone with black marker.
I have Hypermobility Type Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease, and a basket full of other health crap. When everything keeps falling out of place, it's important to have somewhere to keep track of where it falls.
What the heck is EDS?

My Pain Level Key
1. WOOHOO!
2. Pretty awesome.
3. Alright. Not easy but doable.
4. It's an average day.
5. Meh. All but simple tasks take effort.
6. Been worse. Limp time!
7. Been better. Likely not walking well.
8. This is stupid. Likely barely walking at snail's pace.
9. On a positive note: I'm still breathing. Bedridden but coherent.
10. Mostly human. Around this point I can't string together sentences.
(to clarify: I have pain 1-10. Never goes away, just varies in intensity.)
