Dislocations so far today: right ankle once
Subluxations so far today: Right shoulder multiple times, left shoulder twice, right ankle twice.
Meds: none
Major complaint: General pain and stiffness. Some nerve pain down both legs.
Been in rough shape the past few days. My right foot is still all cramped up and my right shin is still extremely sore but I think the swelling is finally coming down. Not really in the mood to get into everything else or I think it'll get me down. Just been feeling the snow and the cold the past few days.
